Following an affirmative final determination by the Ministry of Finance (MOF) that imports of ceramic tiles from India, Vietnam, Malaysia and Indonesia are being dumped in Taiwan (R.O.C.), the International Trade Commission (ITC) of the Ministry of Economic Affairs instituted its final investigation on July 20,2021  to determine whether the domestic industry concerned in Taiwan (R.O.C.) is materially injured, or threatened with material injury by the above mentioned dumped imports. Persons signed up for presenting their views are also invited to join the pre-hearing meeting, which will be held by video conferencing on August 13, 2021, 2:00 p.m. in order to arrange the sequence and time allocation of the presentations in the first session of the hearing. Furthermore, due to the necessity for processing investigation data and information , the ITC, in compliance with Articles 14 and 18 of the Regulations Governing the Implementation of the Imposition of Countervailing and Antidumping Duties, postpones until September 17, 2021 the final injury determination of the case.
